Adam Multz
Adam provides all-encompassing marketing and advertising expertise to anyone looking to grow their business. Being able to always keep an open mind, Adam is the first to know about all things contemporary and state-of-the-art. Having spent the past eight years working with some of the biggest companies, Adam has mastered the various forms of marketing and advertising. Understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to marketing, he uses his creative thought process to find the best approach to help his clients achieve success. Adam brings over eight years of high-volume operational experience to the substance abuse and mental health industry. His vast amount of knowledge in all things digital advertising has been instrumental in building the organization. Reaching all facets of a successful substance abuse multi-location organization, Adam’s expertise allows him to excel at leading team supervision of new acquisitions, ramping-up staffing, call center integration, generating new leads, admissions, accounting and collections.

Allison Trim
Allison Trim attended Temple University studying Public Health, which gave her a firm understanding of how to tackle societal problems systematically. Her education coupled with her personal experience in recovery affords her the expertise and compassion to truly help individuals struggling with mental health or substance use disorders. Ms. Trim is also a certified interventionist (CNDAI II) with the ability to provide many resources for family members seeking help for their loved ones. Allison has worked in the behavioral health field for the last 5 years. She has played a pivotal role in assisting behavioral health facilities to grow and create processes and procedures to ensure that each patient is treated based on their individual needs. Ms. Trim has extensive experience in providing each patient and their family with the support they need to not just survive but to truly heal and thrive and maintain lasting recovery.
Chief Operating Officer
Seth Kaminsky
Seth Kaminsky serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Diamond Recovery, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in behavioral healthcare to the organization. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Stockton University and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Tulane University. Throughout his distinguished career, Seth has been pivotal in leading operational teams, streamlining systems, and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance treatment outcomes. Prior to joining Diamond Recovery, he held several senior operational leadership roles, where he oversaw strategic planning, drove process improvements, and managed the day-to-day operations of multistate inpatient and outpatient treatment organizations. Seth’s career in behavioral healthcare began as a clinician, providing direct care to individuals impacted by addiction. This foundational experience has shaped his commitment to creating effective, sustainable systems that prioritize patient care and long-term recovery. Outside of his professional endeavors, Seth enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family. His leadership at Diamond Recovery reflects a dedication to operational excellence and a deep passion for supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.

Zachary Levenson
With over 12 years of executive experience in the Substance Use and Behavioral Health sector, Zachary brings deep industry expertise to the Diamond Group. His academic background in communications honed his leadership and interpersonal skills, ultimately guiding him toward his true professional focus—finance and accounting. As a specialist in managerial accounting, Zachary excels at designing workflows that align with operational needs and implementing financial strategies that promote scalable growth. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, he adeptly manages complex, multi-entity cash flows, ensuring both financial transparency and operational efficiency. A trusted and proven leader, Zachary acts as a critical liaison between executive teams and investors, fostering clarity, trust, and alignment. With a steadfast commitment to financial stewardship and project profitability, he takes pride in delivering results that drive enterprise value and long-term success.

Kesi Ross
Kesi Ross brings over six years of experience in Human Resources, specifically within the Mental/Substance Abuse Treatment industry, to her new role as HR Director at Diamond Recovery. Born in Miami, FL, and rooted in the vibrant culture of Trinidad & Tobago, Kesi embodies a blend of diverse experiences and a strong commitment to her field. Kesi earned her M.B.A. with a concentration in Management from Nova Southeastern University in 2018. Her professional expertise encompasses recruitment, benefits management, employee relations, and the creation and implementation of comprehensive human resources systems. Outside of her professional life, Kesi is an avid beachgoer, gym enthusiast, and traveler who loves exploring new dining experiences. Her dynamic background and passion for improving workplace environments make her a valuable addition to the Diamond Recovery team.

Katie Algers has worked in the behavioral health and addiction treatment field for the last four years. As someone in long-term recovery herself, Katie brings both personal insight and professional experience to her work, allowing her to connect deeply with clients and their families. Katie is committed to ensuring that each person she works with feels seen, supported, and empowered to begin their own journey toward lasting change. Her passion for helping others stems from the support she once received, and she now dedicates her career to paying that forward.

Kara is a New York native with a degree in Psychology and has been excelling in the behavioral healthcare industry since 2018. She brings a well-rounded understanding of the field, supported by hands-on experience in admissions as well as training and development. This background allows Kara to approach her work with both clinical insight and operational expertise, making her a strong and dependable member of the team. Throughout her career, Kara has shown a proven ability to hire, develop, and build high-performing teams across multiple organizations. Her firsthand experience as a hiring manager provides a unique perspective, allowing her to understand the specific needs, expectations, and challenges faced by leadership teams. This insight gives her a distinct advantage in recruiting and talent development, ensuring the right people are placed in roles where they can succeed and make a meaningful impact.

Tyler Benson
Tyler Benson is from Philadelphia, PA, and has been in Recovery since 2013. Tyler began working in substance abuse treatment admissions in 2014, and has worked in various capacities assisting families and patients find access to quality care. Tyler is an avid outdoorsman, spending his personal time traveling, hiking, and archery hunting, running, and lifting weights
